Welcome to the Kings County Fermentation Group
KCFG is a FREE real-time forum dedicated to the fermentation and preservation of foods (and beverages). KCFG shares ideas and knowledge among people who have a passion for making naturally healthful foods like miso, sauerkraut, curtido, kimchee, yogurt, sour dough breads, kombucha, water kefir... all which can be made at home.

We meet at Freddy's Bar in South Slope, Brooklyn every 4th Sunday from 7 to 9PM. For questions and more information contact us at: make@KCFGnyc.org.

KCFG is open anyone in the Greater New York area, ages 21 and over. If you ferment food or have an interest in food preservation, feel free to bring a sample of your work, or just join us in conversation over a beer.
